Ted attended the University of Kansas School of Law in 2010, where he was first introduced to tax law. Graduating in 2013, he began working for H&R Block’s Tax Research division at the worldwide headquarters in downtown Kansas City. In 2014, he was brought on to H&R Block’s newly created Expat Tax branch, preparing returns for clients around the world; Australian and Canadian expat returns soon became his specialties. Ted has since worked for EY’s Los Angeles Global Mobility team, KeatsConnelly’s Cross Border team as a Canadian tax specialist and tax manager, and RSM LLP’s North American Advisory center as a supervisor.

Ted has continued to be involved in the international tax community. His experiences working in public and private tax compliance and accounting inspired him to reimagine client service on a personal level.
