Ted Richardson, J.D.
Managing Partner
Ted attended the University of Kansas School of Law in 2010, where he was first introduced to tax law. Graduating in 2013, he began working for H&R Block’s Tax Research division at the worldwide headquarters in downtown Kansas City. In 2014, he was brought on to H&R Block’s newly created Expat Tax branch, preparing returns for clients around the world; Australian and Canadian expat returns soon became his specialties. Ted has since worked for EY’s Los Angeles Global Mobility team, KeatsConnelly’s Cross Border team as a Canadian tax specialist and tax manager, and RSM LLP’s North American Advisory center as a supervisor.
Ted has continued to be involved in the international tax community. His experiences working in public and private tax compliance and accounting inspired him to reimagine client service on a personal level.
Gwen has been a marketing services provider and consultant for boutique startups and new product launches since 1997. Specializing in multi-channel communications, Gwen has a deep belief in the importance of connecting with customers through clear, straightforward processes and a relationship-first philosophy. The world of tax has struggled to break free of it’s bureaucratic and often detached approach to what is arguably one of the most stressful yearly events facing workers across the world.
Gwen works to facilitate transparency between ATC’s tax advisory and preparation teams and our growing global client-base. With the simple objective of introducing clients to a completely unique tax compliance culture, Gwen safeguards our clients’ right to a friendly and fair tax experience every year.
